Marco is currently VP of Strategy for WebMD and Medscape, the leading online health information sources for consumers and healthcare professionals, where he is responsible for growth strategy and commercial partnerships. He previously worked at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, in a variety of commercial, strategy and innovation roles, across multiple therapeutic areas and continents. Prior to that, as a management consultant, he advised life-science and technology companies on growth strategies, product launches, reorganizations, turnaround, operational excellence, business development and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career he has been an outspoken advocate for change, innovation and entrepreneurship in healthcare. He also serves on various digital health advisory boards and engages in public speaking at prominent digital health conferences.
